Vero RN hits a 5th-year milestone, with new CEO, new company policies, and continued improvements to enhance the customer & client experience.

Cincinnati, OHIO – Vero RN has undergone a restructure of their leadership team and has formally announced Brittany Rider as Chief Executive Officer. Brittany has vast experience in both lower level and leadership positions within the healthcare staffing industry. In her new role, she will oversee operations and business functions at Vero.

“I am excited to be a part of the Vero family. There is an old saying that I love ‘don’t look back, you’re not going that way’, but sometimes looking back promotes growth. I have spent quite some time looking back at Vero’s history to review what we have done well in and what we could improve on. Our primary focus in 2021 is to renew our commitment to employee and client satisfaction. I have dug into our policies, and although I am not quite finished with the review, there are a couple that I have changed to be effective immediately. An example of this would be releasing all of our traveler’s medical documents upon request free of charge. If we pay for a physical for a traveler and they request a copy of it from us, we will provide that to them hassle and headache free. We are also in the process of revamping our recruiter training programs with an emphasis on advocacy, customer service, and support. I strongly encourage all nurse, client, and internal employee feedback as we continuously improve and put new strategies into action. We want to ensure that all of our core values (Excellence, Integrity, Urgency, Perseverance, and Care) are being demonstrated in every aspect of our business,” Brittany says.

Vero will continue to roll out policies, programs, and strategies that improve satisfaction and build long-term positive relationships. The company will collect employee feedback quarterly, review feedback at the leadership level, and address any concerns that are voiced. We will use our survey feedback to evolve and create efficient processes and incorporate them into our internal employee training. Vero will also hold a quarterly town hall meeting to share milestones and any company updates. Vero employees will also have an opportunity to participate in a Q&A session at the end of each town hall.

Vero’s new training program will be led by Phillip Stovall, a former recruiter with strong leadership skills and positive customer interactions. “I’m a people person. I am excited about helping travel nurse recruiters grow, develop professionally, and be successful. Which in return, will help nurses get their dream assignments and have a better experience during their journey,” says Phillip.

Vero started in 2016 – and a lot has changed over five years. Born as a boutique business, to now a global healthcare staffing agency, solving a critical nursing shortage in hospitals across the United States, Guam and Saipan locations. Vero is ready to expand and discover what the new year has to offer.
